I guarantee your order will arrive alive to you. If you suspect your order may not be alive when you received it please contact me within 2 hours. Please make sure to include a video or photo in your email along with your order number. I will follow up with you within 24 hours (usually within a couple hours). Once it is confirmed your order arrived DOA I will send out a replacement order on the next available shipping day.
I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, Fedex or any other carrier causing your order to not arrive alive. We are also not responsible for natural disasters causing your order to arrive DOA.
I do not take returns.
Heat Packs / Cold Packs
During the Summer months if the temperature is above 90 degrees where you live, I recommend a cold pack being added to your order. During the Winter months if the temperature is below 40 degrees where you live, I recommend a heat pack being added to your order. Failure to do so will void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
