Brian’s Aquariums is a one person operation based in Texas, formed in 2020 during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I have been studying and testing out several different microalgaes, macroalgaes and plankton culturing procedures since 2016 as a hobbyist before offering my current strains to the public. My mission is to create a healthy, robust, hardy, reliable and uncontaminated source of premium live foods for marine and freshwater breeding projects and hobbyists to use and trust. I specialize in high quality small batch phytoplankton and copepods. I am constantly working on refining my culturiung technique and processes to provide the highest quality products for the aquarium industry.
After several years of culturing phytoplankton and copepods, in 2020 during the pandemic my passion drove me to market my collection to the public. Many fish breeders, inverebtrate breeders, universities and hobbyists use my products daily across the U.S. including a few regular customers in Puerto Rico and Guam. I am thrilled to share my passion with you and help every single reef tank across America introduce a healthy population of the bottom of the food chain back into their tanks that our animals deserve and thrive on.
